When to contact us

Missing channels

If you find that your lineup is missing channels, don’t hesitate to get in touch using the in the main menu. We will do our best to have the channels added.

Show times don’t align with your time

If specific channels are showing at the wrong time, please contact us; include channel number and name, if possible. If all channels are showing at the wrong time try the following:

Check your device is set for the correct time zone.
Check and make sure your device is showing the correct time. Note: On some devices both the time setting and time zone setting need to be synchronized in order for the schedule to display accurately.

Ads cover the grid or can’t be closed

If you find that an ad appears in a location that is not standard for TVTV, please let us know and we will report the ad to our ad provider for investigation. Please include a screenshot (if possible) and a description of the ad We have ads in the following locations:

Every 15th row in the grid
Bottom of the screen. Can be closed.
Desktop only: on the right side of the screen
Show pop-up

None of these ads will block any part of the site.
